Product description

A finely ground, unsweetened organic porridge obtained from whole grain flakes and a mixture of tigered nuts and bourbon bourbon. For hot and cold preparation.

ingredients

Whole oatmeal flakes 64%, whole grains of 18%cereal, swollen rice, crushed brown seeds, 2%ground tiger nut (from organic farming).
It may contain traces of other nuts, milk, soy and sesame.

Instructions for use

Cold: Pour a little less than double the amount of cold fluid over the porridge and allow to swell for 5-8 minutes. It is refined with fresh nuts or fruits, as desired.
Warm: Depending on how thick you want to be the porridge, add about twice as much hot liquid (milk, soy or water) and mix well. Allow to swell for 3-5 minutes and enjoy hot.
